For criminal matters, you may qualify for legal aid, in which case we can represent you free of charge. If you are eligible, we will help you to to apply and manage the process for you. If you do not qualify, then we can still represent you but we will need to charge for our time.
Motoring offences do not qualify for legal aid but we will be happy to agree a fee with you. Our standard rate for representation in motoring offences is £250 per hour.
